Making the most of our community meet-ups

Information about recording and summaries

Community Meetup Summaries and Recordings

We explored using full recordings with AI-generated summaries, but found it worked better to write summaries ourselves. This means each summary can be written in a way that's useful for the community, rather than generated from a transcript.

  • Written summary: Shared after each session, covering key questions, topics, links, and references.
  • Confidentiality: Summaries do not include the names of attendees or their organisations.
  • Can't attend live? You're welcome to submit questions in advance. Questions will be answered during the meetup and included in the summary.
  • Clips: Short video clips from demo sections may occasionally be shared with the community where useful. These will only show the host (Ellie) and screen - no attendee faces or names.
  • Voice in clips: If you are speaking during a demo section, your voice may be included in any clip from that section. If you'd prefer your voice not to be included, please let Ellie know during or just after the session.
  • Full recordings: Full session recordings are not made or shared.
  • Clinical material: Please do not share any clinical material within the sessions.
  • Questions or concerns: Get in touch before joining if you have any.
